Baljeet Chhazal is the CEO and founder of Calfus, a Silicon Valley based software engineering and platform company. Calfus specializes in architecting and engineering technology products and platforms for its customers, and has its own products built on cloud-native technologies using AI/ML algorithms. Baljeet holds an MBA from Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, India. He is a sports enthusiast and competes in racquetball tournaments in the Bay Area. He spends his free time learning yoga head stand forms, running, and skiing with his family. Baljeet is a board member at RYDF, a non-profit focused on supporting young athletes from around the world.

Rohit has over two decades of experience in technology leadership roles. Prior to starting Calfus, Rohit was the VP & Head of Oracle & Infor ERP services at Birlasoft / KPIT wherein he incubated high growth Cloud ERP, digital supply chain and customer experience eco-systems. Rohit has delivered several technology-led, business transformation programs for Fortune 500 and mid-sized customers. Rohit earned his MBA, in Information Management, from the SP Jain Institute of Management & Research in Mumbai, India. Rohit lives in Redmond, Washington. He is a sports enthusiast and competes in pacific northwest tennis tournaments.

Amandeep Syali is a dynamic and results-driven leader with over 22 years of experience in sales, marketing, product management, and partnerships. He is highly regarded for his strategic thinking and has a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building high-performing teams. Aman's expertise spans multiple technical and industry domains, and he takes great joy in finding innovative solutions to problems while prioritizing building and nurturing enduring relationships. He effectively leads and promotes change as a strategic problem solver and catalyst for innovation. Aman is a multiple-award winner known for his leadership, relationship-building skills, and passion for empowering teams to achieve excellence while keeping the human aspect intact. Outside of work, he enjoys playing sports, exploring new technologies and gadgets, playing guitar, meditating, and reading books. He lives in San Jose, CA.

Sanjay is a board member and advises the Calfus management team on strategic planning, oversight, and governance matters. Most recently, he was a director and senior fund manager at BlackRock, investing in developed and emerging market equities. Sanjay held various roles in San Francisco and Tokyo within ETF and Index investment group, multi-asset strategies group, and investment technology group during his 19 years there. He specializes in both low-cost indexing strategies and alpha-seeking quantitative strategies. His research focuses on climate finance, asset pricing, dynamic asset allocation, exchange rates, and market efficiency. He led the design and implementation of algorithm-powered fund management for BlackRock’s $5 trillion index equity book. Sanjay earned a B. Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur, a Master of Applied Finance from Macquarie University, and a Ph.D. in Finance from EDHEC Business School. He is a CFA charter holder, a Project Management Professional (PMP) certified by the Project Management Institute, and a Financial Risk Manager (FRM) certified by the Global Association of Risk Professionals.

Amit is passionate about science and technology and has dedicated the past two decades to guiding global clients in adopting technology to achieve their business transformations. He is an expert in providing solutions for diverse business needs, spanning financials, supply chain, and manufacturing functions for customers in Automotive, Hi-tech, Oil & Gas, and Pharma industries. As a product manager, he was responsible for designing manufacturing and distribution applications for ERP, as well as conceiving the computer telephony integration for CRM. A Mechanical Engineering graduate of the Indian Institute of Technology in Delhi, Amit dedicates some of his time in sharing knowledge in industry forums and in mentoring young talent coming from colleges. Amit heads Calfus India operations from Pune, and spends leisure hours tending to his garden and reading.

Gaurav is a forward-thinking Chief Architect at Calfus, specializing in engineering platforms and products using open-source technologies, harnessing the power of cloud platforms to drive innovation. Prior to joining Calfus, Gaurav architected solutions in CX, leasing and finance domain using data science, telemetry to bring CISCO's vision of anything as a service (XaaS) into reality. Gaurav has Master's degree in Computer Science from California State University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Maharishi Dayanand University.
